I’m really liking this new scheduling system that Publix is using. It really takes the stress off me! I always work as hard as I can and as efficiently as I can and this system really seems to motivate everyone else to do the same. So on one hand Publix is getting more for their labor costs and on the other hand the employees know their schedules and know they get to leave when it says. That’s such a huge change for me and it makes my work/life balance amazing.
